David, It's been a pleasure working with you.  You made a difficult time much easier.  Your ideas and design plan worked perfectly and our monument looks so beautiful in Calvary Cemetery.

I just wanted to let you know how absolutely pleased we are with the monument. It is so beautiful. Our family is thrilled.

Andy is very happy, he loves the fact that the top is different than all the rest, it stands out and can be seen so well from the road. We planted sweetheart roses and grass so it finally is presentable. 

And of course, I know that Andrew is pleased, he was a pretty fussy guy, only liked the best and everything had to be perfect, and that is what our memorial is, just perfect.

Dave, you are not only a master of your trade but a genuinely compassionate and caring person. You are so well suited to what you do. I tell everyone where we went and will always recommend you highly. If you ever need a reference, verbal or written, do not hesitate to contact me.

Initially I dreaded doing this "final" thing for Andrew, but it was nothing but a positive experience. We so much appreciate all you've done, the calls, getting it installed as soon as it was ready. You are a great person, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

...I might add my comment about the monument which you have already installed.  In my opionion, this is one of the best monuments I have seen come into our cemetery during the time I have worked here since 1990.  The quality, lettering and art work are outstanding.

David Cooley was very helpful, compassionate and took the time to listen to myself and my childrens' ideas.  He delivered a the time he said he would.  I hope I dont have to do this again for any reason, but if I do, I won't hesitate to seek his advice.  Thank you very much.

Dear Sir, Dealing with you and your company was so pleasant. The marker you made for our mother, that matched all of the other Kennedy markers at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery was done to perfection. It was a far different experience than the ones we have had with Hoar Memorials in Elmira, NY. For this we are so very appreciative. Though we were not severely grief stricken over our mother’s death - She was 95 ready to go and had had a truly wonderful life -  We still appreciated your tender caring demeanor.
